There's a phrase I first heard during my college years: Early is on time. On time is late.
It sounds simple. But far too many people don't live by it.
Tardiness isn't just a personal habit. It's a cost that ripples out to everyone around them.
The fix isn't complicated. Work ahead of deadlines. Batch similar tasks. Leave earlier than you think you need to. Many of us do these things already, and others respect us because of it. It shows we respect their time.
Being early isn't just good manners. It's a competitive advantage.
I hope you enjoy this week’s video!

Call yourself.

How to keep up with what’s new in Evernote.
Evernote continues to add new features, and that’s a good thing. But the innovation is happening so quickly, it’s hard for even the most experienced users to keep up with it.
Here’s a very new feature that makes it easy: In the left sidebar, look for the little megaphone and click it.
Find that browser tab in seconds.
How many times have you encountered this situation:
You've been working on a project at your computer, and now you have quite a few tabs open. You might even have several copies of your browser open, and each one has multiple tabs open. You need to go back to a tab, but you can't find it amongst all of the chaos. There's an easy answer.
Press CTRL + Shift + A (Windows) or CMD + Shift + A on Mac. Now, you're looking at a vertical list of all the open tabs. Click the one you want. If the list is really long and you know the name of the tab, start typing it in the search window and press Enter to jump to it.
Give it a try right now, while you’re thinking about it. How handy is this one tip?
